When you know your team has the Mining Earthmover Tyre skills and experience required to perform the complex tasks involved in maintaining earthmover tyres and wheel assemblies, but lack current certification, RPL is the best route for you.

The Recognition of Prior Learning process is designed to assesses applicants’ experience rather than making them jump through all the hoops standard theory and practical exams.

Kal Tire RTO does this by first evaluating the applicants’ experience by auditing the evidence provided in documentary format. Then we hold a Competency Conversation to assess knowledge. Finally, we assess the applicants’ skills on site with selected task practical observation.

For successful applicants, accredited training outcomes are achieved and Statements of Attainment are provided at the end of the session.
